    Business Unit/Role Specific Info

    In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to accelerate your growth and skills in Digital Product Management across different Business Units within AmEx. In our 2-year rotational programme, you’ll experience up to 4 different teams, each for 6 months.

    Digital Product Management roles at American Express are critical to the strategy and delivery of products and features that customers love. Whether that’s working on the tools powering our award-winning servicing team, launching new ways for customers to refer their friends to their favourite products, launching tools to prevent financial crimes or enriching the rewards programmes that are at the heart of the Amex value proposition globally.

    You will be immersed with our product teams and supported by tenured product leaders and expected to contribute to bringing products and features to market in every rotation. Growing your skills as the programme progresses to a rich tapestry of knowledge straddling many teams and business units to propel your career forward.

    What type of work can you expect?

    • You often start immersing yourself in the delivery of features and functionality for our customers. You’ll learn about the delivery lifecycle, working with engineering teams and go to market teams as you progress features from ideation through to customer delivery.
    • You’ll be expected to know your customer/user - through call listening, usability testing and diving into the data you’ll get a sense of how customers are using our products and the challenges they have.
    • You’ll support the product strategy, contribute to shaping and refining the product roadmap and backlog getting buy in from key partners and teams.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Location: Burgess Hill, Brighton, or London
    • Currently enrolled in full-time Bachelor’s or Masters degree program
    • Students must have a graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023
