Working alongside a team of strategy consultants you will be responsible for supporting key strategic projects and initiatives to drive transformation within the Traveler Care / Servicing organization. The Service Strategy team is responsible for identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to increase organisational effectiveness and efficiency through complex problem solving, cross-functional change efforts, end-to-end process transformation and strategic integration or divestitures.
What you'll be doing
- Work as part of a team to define processes and solutions to solve strategic challenges
- Support project management activities, planning and governance
- Desk-based research to leverage industry expertise, benchmarks and insights to support strategy and business case creation
- Support basic data analysis and draw insights from the data
- Develop slides to support the story-telling and communications associated with key project stages
- Review existing processes and develop process maps for future state recommendations
- Contribute to change management activities
- Team collaboration activities such as townhalls and newsletters
What we're looking for
- Currently completing or completed undergraduate degree
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- An eye for visual design and outstanding attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Curious and innovative mentality and conceptual thinking
- Highly self-motivated and self-organized, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution
