AMETEK believes in developing its leaders from within. As an Engineering Management Associate, you will be part of a small and select group of graduates chosen each year for this special programme. This program is open to January 2024 or July/August 2024 graduates. During the programme, the Associate will relocate to a UK-based AMETEK business at the start of each rotation (July of each year).

The role
- Three 1-year rotations at a different AMETEK businesses- new technologies and new customers.
- Individual Development Plan – to thoughtfully track your career progression
- Personal Mentor – single contact to provide you with guidance and advice throughout the 3-year program.

- Educational Sessions – to be delivered by AMETEK executives and outside speakers to impart knowledge of the company and management best practices.
- Paid Relocation – financial assistance for each geographic move through the programme and beyond.
- Global Operations – a working visit to at least one AMETEK facility outside of the UK

Requirements
- Minimum 2:1 degree classification
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE)
- Flexible and adaptable to new situations
- Inquisitive nature and a passion for solving problems
- Ability to work both independently and as a team contributor
- Ability to relocate for expanded career opportunities
