Amey Consulting is one of the UK’s leading transport consultants and provides unique ‘end-to-end’ planning, design, construction and operations services alongside other parts of Amey. Over your first three years, you will have four “rotations”, given opportunities which will both stretch you and you will find personally enriching, providing you with the tools and support you need to progress into an operational or business management role at the end of your programme. The rotations could include, Commercial, Bidding, HR, Project Management to name but a few.
From day one you’ll be given real responsibility, gaining invaluable experience and exposure working alongside our industry experts and across your team. As a Graduate, you will working alongside the team to deliver the following:
- Participate in regular monthly safety meetings and adhere to the health and safety policy at all times
- Assist team in all relevant projects and activities to meet Amey and client objectives and needs
- Drive operational efficiencies, assist with service improvements and deliver services which exceed customer expectations
- To perform any other duties which may be required in the execution of the job function

What will you bring
As a Graduate, other than your relevant degree, we don’t expect you to bring prior experience with you when you join us; we will give you all the skills and opportunities. We therefore keep our list of essential requirements to a minimum, but there are a few things needed to qualify for our programme:
- Minimum 2:2 Degree in Business Management / Economics / Project Management
- Available to join the programme in September 2023
- We want you to share our passion and desire to develop yourself within this exciting area.
