The team and role

Amey Digital Consulting is a leading consultancy that creates innovation through application of data and technology to improve our clients’ business operations and processes. We provide solutions that derive insights, improve decision making, and define a digital strategy that supports their vision, transforming and enabling them to become leaders in a rapidly changing technology and data landscape. With a growing team of 120+ employees, working across our 3 offices, London, Birmingham and Manchester, we continue to catalyse sustainable business change.

As part of the Digital Strategy Realisation team, you will have exposure to high profile projects, taking ownership in helping our clients transform their business operations and processes through change management, service design, business analysis, project management and systems engineering. You will be working alongside the team to deliver the following:

• Working within consulting teams on development of digital strategies and planning for realisation to transform our clients’ organisations.
• Taking responsibility and accountability while contributing to large, prestigious client projects and ensuring quality deliverables on time and to budget.
• Managing risk, opportunities, and dependencies across projects.
• Driving new business capabilities and engaging in internal development activities.
• Conducting root-cause analyses and contributing to scoping out new technologies and opportunities to help our clients realise value.
• Working with clients from all levels to create solutions that shape, drive and deliver projects with tangible data-driven benefits.
• Developing strong working relations with team members and developing knowledge in our sectors.

On successful completion of this programme, you’ll progress to a Consultant position within Amey Consulting.

What we need from you

• Minimum 2:1 Degree in any discipline as we embrace diversity of thought in our digital strategy projects.
• Demonstrable interest in digital strategy, ideally supported by related work experience.
• Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues.
• Confidence to work under pressure, and the ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
