    This role will be providing application support to Amundi UK teams on our in-house developed investment management platform. This will include:

    • Providing first line application support
    • Providing user training
    • Creation of SQL reports
    • Involvement in testing for global rollouts
    • Documenting support activities
    • Working with different teams i.e. Portfolio managers, middle office and more.

    Candidate criteria

    Minimal education level

    Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

    Experience

    • Experience of studying or working in the investment or financial sector
    • Demonstrable experience of being enthusiastic, inquisitive and interested in Investment Management
    • SQL experience and Microsoft
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Highly organised with excellent abilities to multi task
    • Excellent time management skills and a team player
    • Proactive and at ease with assuming responsibilities
    • Detail oriented with good organisational skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) suite of applications
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • French Speaking preferable but not essential
