Job Description
The position supports the Strategy Development team across two main areas:
- Monitoring of the global rough diamond production landscape to update and maintain the global diamond supply estimates that are used to drive key business planning decisions within De Beers Group
- In-depth analysis of key consumer markets (macro and socio-economic trends, luxury trends, diamond jewellery trends, consumer behaviors, retail landscape, competitors analysis, new business models, etc.) to derive strategic recommendations for De Beers Group brands with regards to “Where to Play” and “How to Win”
Qualifications
- Working towards Masters Degree in Finance, Marketing or Business school
- Previous professional experience in marketing, consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Experience within a consumer-goods/ luxury company preferred
- Experience with writing and editing journals, documents or papers in English for media or other external audiences

- Fluency in English
- Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis with time spent in our Central London offices
- This is a paid internship.
- This role can be part time or full time (minimum of 20 hours)
