    We are looking for a Community Graduate with drive, passion and energy for our Setmore brand!

    The role

    The main aim of the role is to serve as a spokesperson for the Setmore community, both in online and verbal communications. Fostering the growth of our community will involve regular engagement with our customer base, including the creation and supervision of events, both online and offline, such as webinars, and conferences. You will be responsible for running and planning social media campaigns (organic and paid) and keeping a close eye on the reputation and presence of the brand online, including blogs, review and comparison sites. You will assist in various activities such as external and internal communications, marketing, PR, and work with the Content team to ensure the Content aligns with our Community needs

    • A University degree in marketing, media and communications or a related field
    • Experience managing social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
    • Experience with graphic editing tools such as Canva.
