Join Aon as a Reward Advisory graduate and discover how we work collaboratively with our clients to understand the people, jobs and rewards their businesses needs to succeed. We are partners and trusted advisors to all sorts of companies, from the largest global organisations and FTSE 100 household names to smaller emerging companies.

We recognise the learning, development, and social value for our Early Career colleagues of being in the office environment from the start of their programme. All our graduates will spend most of their time in the office and occasional time working from home or a client site.

Aon is in the business of better decisions

At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.

As an organisation, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

    Human Capital Solutions

At Aon, our people are our most valued asset. We want to attract, empower and retain the best people — and so do our clients.

Every organisation, industry and economy around the world is confronting more disruption than ever before. And, with industry lines rapidly blurring, companies in every sector are competing to hire a limited number of talented, skilled individuals. Having the right people on board is the key to maximising business growth and managing volatility.

Your role as a Reward Advisory Graduate

Within our human capital solutions practice, we recruit graduates into the following specialist service lines:

    • Reward Advisory - Our consultants support board and management teams to ensure that an organisation’s pay and benefits align with their business strategy and culture — as well as being bold in their markets
    • Employee Rewards - The market for innovative talent is as fierce as ever, which means your business needs to stand out from the crowd in a clear and compelling way. Reimagining the approach to employee rewards is a great way to get there.
    • Executive Compensation - programs need to be competitive, compelling, aligned with business performance and directly linked to shareholder value. We help organisations sort, clarify and dominate their markets so they can stay focused delivering the business strategy.

    Your development

As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Launch Programme when you join. This development programme is built around the following core elements:

    • Business learning – on the job learning and experiences giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of the team and solution line you have joined
    • Centralised learning - UK graduates complete in an Aon Induction, monthly webinars, business skills training and workshops; all designed to help you develop your knowledge of Aon, build your confidence and your network across our business

Whichever business area you work in, you’ll be working with a diverse range of companies from across the UK and Europe. Your learning and development will be fast-paced and hands-on, giving you crucial technical knowledge and client management skills, as well as the opportunity to develop client relationships early on in your career.

We encourage our graduates to take ownership for managing their own careers and building their client base. The ever-evolving business landscape requires companies to think differently and change the way they operate. As a result, our consultants have varied and exciting roles.

Your career beyond your Graduate programme

Once you’ve completed the formal graduate programme, you’ll continue to receive lots of support at Aon as well as continued technical and business skills training. To aid your professional development you’ll receive regular performance feedback, and work with your line manager towards promotions, enabling you to progress.
