    The role

    Get a taste for working at Apadmi and what it’s like to be a Software Engineer at one of the fastest growing digital consultancies in the UK.

    You’ll join our talented engineering team at the forefront of developing great quality software for our clients, who are some of the biggest names in British business. You’ll learn agile techniques, produce clean, testable and documented code, take a proactive role in helping the team choose the best solutions and technologies for the task in hand and make an impact by producing test coverage and ensuring software is delivered to the highest standard.

    Key facts

    • You’ll receive a salary of £20,000 pro rata for the duration of your internship
    • The programme starts in September 2024
    • You’ll be based at our Apadmi HQ in Salford Quays, Manchester and you’ll be able to work flexibly, if you wish to do so, once you’re up and running

    What we’re looking for

    • Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject, ideally Computer Science, Maths or Physics or similar technical subject
    • Be familiar with a modern day programming language, or range of languages
    • Passionate about software and technology
    • A quick learner and a team player
    • Analytical and enjoy using logic to solve problems

    1. Submit your application online - you’ll be asked to submit your CV and answer a couple of questions about your interest in the role and Apadmi
    2. 1st Stage Telephone Call - we’ll give you a quick 20 minute call to discuss your experience, what you’re looking for and whether we’re a good fit for each other
    3. 2nd Stage Interview Session - you’ll be invited to Apadmi HQ to meet with our teams and be interviewed by those you’ll be working with. You’ll be asked some questions about the role, and about your skills and abilities to be successful in the job, and for Engineering and Design roles, we may give you a short technical test. It’s also your chance to ask us questions and see if we’re right for you
    4. Offer - if all goes to plan, we’ll give you a call to make you an offer of employment with us
