    Apadmi’s Design team defines and designs the experiences that will delight our clients and their customers, delivering value at every step. Our UX designers analyse complex client requirements and create innovative and intuitive concepts to meet those requirements in a user-focussed way. Apadmi prides itself on being one of the best mobile digital product creation teams in the country. Our clients include the UK’s leading brands, including Domino’s and Co-Op, and you’ll get the chance to work with them and make a real difference through our UX Design Graduate Scheme. We’ll give you all the training and learning opportunities you need to develop your Design career at Apadmi, with a clear learning path to progress to UX Designer. You’ll also become certified in SCRUM methodology to help you do your job.

    Programme Highlights

    • You’ll begin your journey with our Grad Kick-Off Day, hosted in our brand-new state of the art training facility at Apadmi HQ
    • You’ll have access to a structured Design learning curriculum, enabling you to progress to UX Designer at the end of 18 months
    • You’ll have the opportunity to shadow experienced UX Designers to learn first-hand about Apadmi and the Design team processes
    • You’ll receive on the job training by working on a variety of projects and challenges, with exposure to working in cross-functional teams
    • You’ll learn to use our tools to a high standard
    • You’ll be allocated a dedicated buddy to learn from in another project or part of the business
    • You’ll get access to our LinkedIn Learning library with 10,000+ on demand courses available
    • You’ll gain your Professional Scrum Master certification within your first 3 months
    • You’ll get involved in a varied programme of learning events via our Apadmi Academy:
      • Learn a new skill you’ve always wanted to try but have never had the time to through our Elevate sessions.
      • Join us as we shine a light on a different hot topic in the tech world in our monthly Spotlight sessions
      • Be part of a dedicated knowledge sharing forum for our cohort of graduates

    Key facts

    You’ll receive a salary of £25,000 p.a. for the duration of your Graduate Programme

    The programme starts in September 2023

    You’ll be based at our Apadmi HQ in Salford Quays, Manchester and you’ll be able to work flexibly, if you wish to do so, once you’re up and running, but it would be beneficial for you to live close by

      What we’re looking for

      1. The right to work and live in the UK
      2. A 2:1 undergraduate degree in a design or web-related subject
      3. A passion for all things digital and design
      4. Curious, creative and love solving problems
      5. A quick learner and a team player
      6. Able to multitask and work under pressure
      7. Experience designing solutions to user needs as demonstrated through a portfolio of work
      8. Working knowledge of UX or UI best practices and current design guidelines for mobile platforms

      1. Submit your application online - you’ll be asked to submit your CV and answer a couple of questions about your interest in the role and Apadmi

      2. 1st Stage Telephone Call - we’ll give you a quick 20 minute call to discuss your experience, what you’re looking for and whether we’re a good fit for each other

      3. 2nd Stage Interview Session - you’ll be invited to Apadmi HQ to meet with our teams and be interviewed by those you’ll be working with. You’ll be asked some questions about the role, and about your skills and abilities to be successful in the job, and for Engineering and Design roles, we may give you a short technical test. It’s also your chance to ask us questions and see if we’re right for you

      4. Offer - if all goes to plan, we’ll give you a call to make you an offer of employment with us
