Apex Group is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Human Resources Team as Talent Acquisition Administrator (UK, Ireland, Channel Island & Isle of Man). The successful candidate will play an important role in the recruitment process and must demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to showcase a continuous improvement mind-set in regard to HR processes, whilst thriving in a dynamic environment with excellent collaboration skills. You will showcase excellent interpersonal skills, organisational and negotiation skills.
What you'll do
- Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers for weekly hiring request approval in line with Company’s hiring process;
- Work with HRBPs and hiring managers to prepare and review job descriptions in line with the Company’s templates;
- Publish and ensure the job adverts follow the Apex Group guidelines as well as employment law;
- Manage all channels for candidate sourcing, including direct advertising, and pro-active headhunting;
- Schedule interviews and conduct screening of candidates;
- Advise hiring managers on appropriate recruitment process;
- Guide hiring managers through the Apex Group Hiring process and Group templates;
- Conduct consistent background check processes where possible, consider any specific local and regulatory requirements alongside the Group framework;
- Draft and obtain approvals on the offer letters;
- Manage internal talent pool with candidates’ details, CVs, recruitment stages, required screening documents and any other data fields that would support administrative onboarding of new staff;
- Ensure accurate and consistent data and reporting;
- Prepare weekly progress reports to communicate status of all vacancies;
- Help devise and implement improved recruiting strategies;
- Help maintain up to date PSL for recruiting agencies;
- Offer training to managers where required for interview etiquette, reminder on GDPR.
What you'll need
- Previous experience up to 2 years within similar Recruitment and/or HR role;
- Strong experience with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding);
- Thorough understanding of GDPR and its implication within Hiring Process;
- Any relevant degree and/or professional qualification;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are conducted at the highest standards;
- Highly organised with a can-do attitude;
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment;
- Ability to build relationships and credibility at all levels within the company;
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver in a fast-paced work environment;
- Exceptional organisational skills with sound ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
