If so we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology to join Apple’s Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) division during the summer of 2022 on a 3-month internship.
Key Qualifications
- Data-querying skills (SQL and/or Spark, etc.) and experience with languages for data processing and development (e.g. Java, C++, obj-C)
- Experience working with Tableau or other data visualisation technologies
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, data science and analytics
Description
Every day our business relies on data to make insightful decisions that can help us to improve the customer experience when searching for our products, services or support. But when that data is so large, and exists across many disconnected data sources, trying collate data and identify these opportunities is hugely time consuming and can be like searching for a needle in a haystack. What if we could solve this? As an IS&T Intern, you’ll be challenged to explore how we may be able to use machine learning and aggregated data sets to find and report thoughtful insights that can guide us to improve the customer experience of our websites. You will work with a diverse, dynamic team in London, UK, and interact with teams globally including those based in Cupertino, CA. You will be given the freedom to influence the project direction and requirements to make it your own. Education & Experience
This role is only available to students enrolled in their penultimate year of study, who will graduate and be available to begin full time employment in summer 2023. Closing date for applications is Friday 11th February 2022.
