Testing is an exciting and rewarding career choice. It’s a big challenge to explore the system and identify issues before anyone else! It takes a specific type of person to make a successful Test Analyst:
Are you both thorough and a creative thinker? Are you a good communicator who could articulate problems with developers, stakeholders and customers? Are you passionate about progressing your career as a tester and have a technology background?
This is a graduate level role, so we don’t necessarily require any previous experience of software testing, although experience in IT or a relevant degree would be advantageous.
The Role
Test Analysts are vital members of our Scrum teams. From day one you will be learning alongside experienced individuals, adding value, by thinking and acting like our end users.
With a desire to learn, you will endeavour to be the voice of quality in your Scrum ceremonies and product development.
If you are an excellent team player with an aptitude for testing and have an aspiration to learn industry standard test techniques on the latest versions of our award-winning software, this could be for you!

Step 1 - The Short List
Once you hit that send button, we’ll be busy behind the scenes shortlisting candidates.
Step 2 – The Assessment Day (week commencing 21 June 2021).
This is your chance to get to know us and for us to get to know you better. This will not be like your traditional assessment day. We will give you an opportunity to experience how we work day-to-day to help you in your decision whether you want to work with us. We will teach you about Scrum and give you an opportunity to join us in a product innovation session. Everyone you meet during the day will be the same people you will work side by side within your future scrum team. The assessment day will be done remotely using a variety of online collaboration tools.
Step 3 – The Results
Successful candidates will be notified shortly afterwards. If you’ve taken the time to meet with us we will happily give our time to provide you detailed feedback to help you in future interviews.
