Programme overview

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You’ll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed.  As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed. 

As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants you’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets and technical expertise. You’ll work on a range of environmental and planning projects which may include major infrastructure, urban regeneration and community focussed projects that will expose you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists.  

Specialism

Be a decisive part of this decade of change. Working across different sectors you will join an expert team advising some of the largest clients in the built environment sector on tackling the climate emergency and achieving their broader sustainability outcomes.  Our mission is to improve Quality of Life aligned to a 1.5-degree pathway. And we do this via a range of technical services, from Energy Transformation, ESG, Carbon Advisory, Climate Adaptation and Strategic Planning. 

Accepted degrees

BEng/BSc/MEng/MSc in an Engineering or Environmental Sciences based degree including; Building Services Engineering, Chemical/Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Science or similar.  

Qualifications & experience

  • You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree 
  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player 
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders. 
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working) 
  • Hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK  
  • Comfortable with Site based working, when required for projects
