Key tasks
Marketing coordination
Support the delivery of high-quality marketing support, including:
- Update and maintain business line, product and marketing collateral
- Manage marketing intranet and SharePoint assets library
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate and secure necessary approvals
Event coordination
Help co-ordinate events and presence at major industry events, including:
- Support end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, supplier management, and onsite support
- Handle schedules, guest list management and RSVP tracking
- Ensure smooth execution of corporate events, from planning to post-event evaluation
Database coordination
Help organise and manage logistics including:
- Maintain and update stakeholder contact databases
- Manage distribution lists and support email marketing campaigns
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and related performance metrics
Marketing operations coordination
Support the delivery of marketing activities and efficiencies, including:
- Support cross-team marketing workflows and project timeline management
- Assist with marketing budget tracking and purchase order processing
- Coordinate calendars and deadline-driven deliverables across departments
About you
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or a similar coordination role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Project management experience, including budgeting, is advantageous
- Event coordination experience is advantageous
- Previous experience with CRM systems is advantageous
