    We are seeking a versatile and driven individual to join our Portfolio Office team. We partner with business and technical leaders across Arm to understand business requirements, develop achievable plans, and deliver strategic change.

    Joining us as a graduate is the first step in building a fascinating, stimulating, and exciting career in a global technology company. Our graduates are employed across the company in all areas of our operations, from Cambridge to Austin to Trondheim.

    In this role you will be

    Working in the central IT portfolio office, supporting portfolio, programme, and project managers to:

    • Schedule and coordinate projects, Agile planning events, and other activities.
    • Maintain and develop our central portfolio and portfolio data, which is vital for decision-making across Arm.
    • Challenge how we work and identify ideas for improvement, and help make those ideas a reality.
    • Develop, maintain, and train others in use of the tools and techniques that support our project managers and project management teams.

    We're looking for individuals who

    • Will either hold, or are on track to hold, a Degree from an accredited University by September 2024.  It does not have to be in a computing or engineering field!
    • Love a challenge, and thrive in an environment where they can learn, iterate, and improve.
    • Are able to present information clearly and confidently to a variety of people.

    Qualities that will help your application stand out

    • Knowledge of either Jira or Excel would be advantageous, but not crucial.
    • Developing or utilising reporting tools such as PowerBI.
    • Hands-on experience of leading or supporting a project or event to a successful conclusion.
