    About the team

    The Partner Enablement Group (PEG) is responsible for technical support, technical content, training, and digital services to enable Arm’s partners get to market quickly and efficiently with high-quality Arm based products.

    Job overview

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Support and Training teams to deliver continuous improvements to our current services. You will also collaborate with Sales teams to understand partner needs and identify gaps in our offering where new services can be created to better support our partners.

    Responsibilities

    Together with the Sales and Partner Enablement teams, you will:

    • Support the launch of new services and help expand the range self-service options available to our partners (e.g. Design Checklists);
    • Gather partner feedback, measure satisfaction levels and analysing data from periodic surveys to ensure our services are delivered to their expectations.
    • Coordinate the delivery of internal process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency to our partner facing portals (e.g. Support Hub).

    Required skills and experience

    To be suitable for this role you need to hold, or be on track to hold a degree before your starting date. This can be a Bachelor, Master or equivalent experience in marketing and or business studies.

    Qualities that will help your application stand out

    Whilst we will develop and enhance your experience and skills, there are a few things that you need to offer too, such as:

    • Proficiency using key Microsoft Office 365 products (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
    • Using analytics tools to observe trends or analyse patterns to gain insights, or suggest improvements.
    • Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
    • Willingness to develop Product Management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to self-organize, multi-task and prioritize while working independently or as part of a team, using initiative when required.


    Nice to have
    Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.Competence in presenting to various stakeholders.
    Experience of using virtual communication tools such as Slack, Teams or Zoom.
    Understanding or working knowledge of Product Management methodology, and tools.

    Graduate Start Date: September 2024
