    As a Graduate Tax Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work within a high performance team, partner across the business, and support to study for the ICAEW ACA CTA Joint qualification.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in preparation of UK corporation tax computations and returns.
    • Assist with managing the UK tax compliance process to ensure robust and timely filings.
    • Assist with preparation of the R&D tax credit and Patent Box incentive claims.
    • Collaborating closely with our overseas offices to help co-ordinate projects including transfer pricing documentation.
    • Supporting the tax team in providing advice to the wider finance and business engineering teams on UK tax.

    Required Skills and Experience 

    • To be considered, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with at least grade 2:1 or have a higher degree in a STEM, accounting or finance subject.
    • Hard-working and self-motivated, willing to be flexible and learn new skills that you can apply across multiple types of work.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to explain complex technical matters.
    • Strong analytical skills with intelligent handling of numerical data.
    • Ability to build strong and positive relationships.

    “Nice To Have” Skills and Experience 

    • Qualification in finance or accounting.
    • Experience in a finance or tax department.
