Why this role?
This role is part of our media & broadcast business aligned to commercial TV & Radio. This team ensure design and delivery of the commercial bid strategy to ensure we are set-up for success. They also lead on our overarching international growth strategy.
Within this role you will be working in collaboration with many different teams including sales, finance, product, technology and legal to ensure delivery of high-quality customer bids. You will develop excellent business and commercial acumen within this team and a high exposure experience of key strategic decisions.
Whilst on our graduate scheme you will learn skills that will enable you to deliver in a Commercial & Strategic Planning position, such as:
- Commercial acumen, including responsibility for elements of the commercial process for UK broadcasters digital platforms, radio and global media.
- Delivering high quality customer bids, priced offers and customer contracts.
- Liaise with wider business areas such as sales, finance, product, pre-sales, technology, legal & operations to ensure proposals meet bid requirements, RFP qualification criteria and are accurate in content.
- Act as a liaison between the commercial organisation and finance to ensure all governance gateways are met.
- Develop the ‘Go to Market’ strategy and learn how to implement to deliver growth.
