    Why this Role?

    We have 3 graduate positions within our Data & Insight team, this is a developing area for Arqiva, central to our development strategy. Working in this team you will play an important role in supporting the business to utilise more data and enable us to make important decisions based on data, insight, and analysis. This will be central to our growth and organisational strategy.

    All the graduate positions offer an opportunity to gain experience across the four different teams within Data & Insight:

    • Data Engineering
    • Business Insight
    • Data Science
    • Data Governance

    Your learning journey will be designed around you so that you can realise your potential and bring the very best of yourself to work. In this role you will learn skills that will enable you to deliver in a Data & Insight position, such as:

    • Work with business stakeholders across Arqiva to understand, model, and transform their data
    • Gain an understanding of Master Data Management, including data integration and data quality
    • Extract, load and transform data to develop data models for applications, dashboards and Analytics
    • Design, develop and maintain enterprise-wide business insight solutions in QlikSense (no prior experience required)
    • Explore data through the application of scientific methods to extract actionable insights
    • Develop and deploy data science models to improve business processes
    • Design, develop, test, and operate end-to-end ML pipelines to tackle tasks such as prediction, classification and recommendation
    • Service and maintain deployed models
    • Communicate findings to customers and stakeholders

    This role will involve both office and remote working and can be based in at our London or Winchester offices. We offer our graduates a competitive salary of £31.5K.

    What do we need from you?

    We are recruiting from a wide variety of degree backgrounds for these positions.

    • If you are expecting or have achieved a 2:2 in the following subjects, we would love to hear from you: Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.
    • Enjoy problem solving and finding solutions
    • Comfortable in working with a range of different systems and processes
    • Good communication skills
    • Be curious and show an interest in data and technology

      • Approximately 30 minutes with competency-based questions focused on the role requirements
    • Assessment centre
      • These are scheduled for February and March 2023 comprising of an interview, group exercise, presentation, a tour of our offices and a chance to meet our team
