What will you do

The role is offering an exciting mixture between finance and reporting, this is a perfect opportunity to progress career in Finance and work within a global organization. Reporting to Finance Manager, the role will drive the Management Accounts Team in providing high quality analysis and business requirements and helping to drive the business’s overall management and strategy.

What will you be doing at Arrow AGC?

  • Sales & Margin analysis and reporting
  • Preparation and balance sheet reconciliation post month end
  • Assist with the month end postings and ensure that financial statements are accurate
  • Process Customer rebates, including reconciliations, credit notes, business queries
  • Process and ensure correct revenue recognition of Multi Year Deals
  • Month end FX analysis and management of FX spot rates issued to the business
  • Monitor aged inventory levels and calculate quarterly provision
  • Revenue recognition guidance to the business
  • Liaise with business’s Shared Service Centres to facilitate correct processing of financial transactions
  • Support the Accounts Assistant with their transactional processing
  • Respond to requests from external auditors and SOX team
  • Work closely with other areas of finance and the wider business to provide information as required
  • Build relationships with key finance stakeholders
  • Identify ways to improve processes and enable the team to work more efficiently
  • Ad-hoc projects as requested by Finance Manager and Director

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance / related field or AAT qualified
  • At least 1 year experience in a finance/corporate setting
  • Business fluency in English
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with an accurate and methodical approach
  • Ability to hit deadlines and prioritize workloads effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Positive attitude with a strong leaning toward continuous improvement
