We are looking for a Digital Analyst to provide visibility of key digital insights across the Commercial function.
This important role will create, monitor and report on events and conversions across our Google Analytics properties and will also be responsible for the Club’s tagging and tracking processes, ensuring we have consistent and effective tagging solutions in place to deliver insightful digital analysis.
Who we are

We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).
Your day-to-day
- Maintaining and reporting on the structure of The Club's Google analytics properties and views, ensuring correct configuration as well as creating events and conversions.

- Developing and distributing reports and digital dashboards to track web and app engagement, campaign performance, business trends, UX and other metrics.
- Performing in-depth analysis of website visitors across our multiple websites to understand behaviour and uncover key areas for improvement to drive user engagement and lead conversion rate.
- Utilising our Contentsquare platform to provide a deeper level of insight around Web and App activity.
- Supporting the wider marketing team to implement advanced tagging and tracking to report on traffic, user behaviour, conversion trends by location and for specific campaigns.
- Working with the wider team to create and maintain aligned reporting on marketing attribution.
What we are looking for
- A relevant degree, preferably in a business, marketing or analytics.
- Experience working with Google Analytics (a Google Analytics Qualification would be desirable).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or Google Big Query (or another data warehouse).
- Experience using tools such as Thunderhead, CDPs, Sprinklr, Contentsquare, Cheetah Digital or Horizm.
- Genuine interest in digital data and a passion for insights.
- An ability to turn complex digital data analysis into concise actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
