Overview of the role
We are looking for Graduates to join our teams in our London, Midlands, Northwest & Yorkshire offices. From your first day, you'll join a community of experts, where you will be supported and mentored in your chosen career path and encouraged to develop your skills, experience and confidence as a management consultant during the first few years of your career with us.
One of the biggest advantages of our team is the breadth of work that we do; you will get experience from day one of working in a multi-disciplinary team and will experience the full range of Operations Consulting. Our work broadly falls into the following service areas and we're looking for people who are passionate about:
- Assets & Operations - Covering operational excellence in the built environment, such as operations strategy, business planning, asset management, construction and operations logistics, operational readiness and the application of human factors to design projects.
- People & Organisation – Covering all aspects of transformational business change such as operating models and organisational development, leadership and capability building, team effectiveness, collaboration, behaviour change, resilience, and wellbeing.
You will help us to deliver effective, professional services for a range of varied and high-profile clients. As you progress in your role at Arup, we envisage you will develop your skills and progress in the levels of responsibility and challenging projects you are involved with.
All roles will involve working across different aspects of Operations Consulting and graduates are not expected to specialise in a given area from day one – however, if you have a passion for a specific area please outline this in your application.
