Working in partnership with every area of the business, you'll be making commercial and professional connections that will give you both a real depth of experience and a truly big picture perspective of our operation and industry.

You'll also be studying towards CIMA, supported by a network of experienced professionals committed to nurturing you on your path to become a future leader.

We want to help you develop breadth and depth of experience, so over the three-year programme, you'll complete two to three rotations. This will give you an opportunity to build your network, develop new skills and gain insights into our industry by working across different parts of the business. These could include:

 

  • Commercial finance
  • Operational finance
  • Controllership
  • Audit
  • Record to Report

Your ability to build relationships and communicate complex information to a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders will be key to the success of the real-life projects you will be working on. Analysing a variety of commercial problems, you'll find patterns and anomalies, suggesting solutions to drive our performance and fine-tune our processes.

You'll have a keen interest in future technologies, strong research and critical thinking skills and an inquisitive mindset and a degree in Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics or an analytical discipline such as Physics, Maths or Economics.

You will also need to have the right to work in the UK upon commencement and at least until the end of the programme.
