Your Role (Fixed Term Contract)

Defining and maintaining the safety, legal and quality standards of the George product, you'll be responsible for our quality rating target setting and action plan to deliver the highest possible brand and customer quality standards.

Driving an innovation first mindset in close collaboration with the Design team, your big focus will be on keeping George product ahead of the market by delivering product that has a unique understanding of our customers' wants and needs.

You'll look at competitive benchmarking, manage the fit process (including 3d technology), will have a clear understanding of grading and a drive for consistent sizing standards.

Implementing a clear action plan to drive quality ratings and manage product risk assessments and safety requirements, all within the framework of value for money, fit and innovation.

Training and supporting our global supply base and In Country Office, you'll also apply your expertise to auditing factories and responding to customer complaints and reviews.

About You

  • You will have a thorough knowledge and adherence to compliance, legislation and product testing requirements
  • You will understand the crisis management process and have the ability to deal with product recalls, withdrawals and on-hold stock
  • You will have excellent communication skills, helping you drive stakeholder engagement internally and externally
  • You will have a good understanding and enthusiasm for driving 3D design and fit processes including grade rules
