About our Summer Schemes
The summer scheme is a fantastic opportunity to find out if Ashfords is right for you, whilst building experience and networking with our lawyers. You'll spend a week at our Exeter or Bristol office, working in two departments, where you will be provided with some challenging yet rewarding Trainee work. You'll also spend time with our current trainees, gaining first-hand knowledge of what it's like to be a part of the Trainee programme. The assessment centre will take place on the final day of the summer scheme.
Please note there are two summer scheme weeks taking place. If you are successful for the summer scheme, we will ask for your preferred week. This will be allocated on a first come first serve basis:
- Week commencing Monday 7 June 2021 (Exeter Assessment centre: Friday 11 June)
- Week commencing Monday 14 June 2021 (Exeter Assessment centre: Friday 18 June)
- Week commencing Monday 21 June 2021 (Bristol Assessment centre: Friday 25 June).
Who should apply?
To be eligible to apply, you must be in your penultimate or final year of your law degree, or final year of your non-law degree. We also look forward to receiving applications from graduates and those pursuing a new avenue in their career.
