    The role

    From Internet connectivity and smart building technology, to IT and data centre services, ASK4’s solutions bring buildings to life. Working with clients across student housing, build to rent, later living and other sectors, we ensure that people are able to live life and work productively.

    Joining our team, you’ll work as part of our busy Finance team. The role is to assist the sales ledger with all transactional duties and help with the administration duties of the finance department.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Producing Invoices/Statements and entering them into Sage Line 200.
    • Reconciliation of Payments received.
    • Set up of new accounts and customers.
    • Taking inbound calls for accounts and being the initial point of contact for customer queries.
    • Processing Excel spreadsheets and data entry.
    • Post collection, opening & distribution within the department.
    • Chasing up overdue client debt
    • Filing of/ chasing up remittances
    • The role will involve working to strict monthly deadlines.
    • You will need to prepare for and organise weekly debtors meetings.

    About you

    • It is essential that you have good communication skills and are confident in working independently and as a team.
    • Strong excel skills to include Pivots, Lookups, SumIFS.
    • Working knowledge of Sage 200
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • You have the ability to prioritise workload.
    • Experience within credit control or sales ledger roles are beneficial.
    • The ability to built strong customer relationships.
    • Being accountable and resourceful.
