    Support all areas for marketing and communications for the first direct arena with an emphasis on; driving tickets sales, maximising opportunities for the sale of premium products , working with venue partners fulfil their requirements.

    Key accountabilities

    General

    • To support all areas of marketing and communications, ensuring the delivery of all projects on time and in line with brand guidelines.- including but not limited to Advertising, Social Media, E-marketing and content management.
    • Creating marketing materials and presentation tools to assist other departments.
    • Gain a working knowledge of all aspects of the venue operation to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of our teams, stakeholders, partners and promoters.
    • Maintaining & building relationships with partners, promoters, agencies, suppliers and industry contacts.
    • Direct liaisons with ticketing and related partners pre, during and post event. Regular monitoring of sales, and evaluation of all sales promotions.
    • Ensure that all arena event promoters are assisted with their marketing activity.
    • To effectively help plan and develop further marketing for event promotion.
    • Represent the marketing team at site visits and events as necessary.
    • Provide and promote the highest level of customer service as expected across the business.
    • Ensure that all relevant information is communicated speedily and accurately in a way that ensures that the information is received and easily understood.
    • Undertake any other relevant duties or reasonable requests as requested by the Head of Marketing & Communications and any member of the Senior management team.

    Person specification

    Knowledge & Qualifications

    • Good knowledge of digital marketing strategies and delivery.
    • Website or content management systems experience.
    • Proficient in the use of Adobe Photoshop (or similar products).

    Experience

    • Minimum of one year working in a similar role.
    • Experience of working with staff at all levels throughout a company.
    • Proven IT experience including MS Office packages.

    General information

    • Due to the nature of the role there will be a requirement to work week-ends and evenings and public holidays.
    • On the job training, development and management support will be given.
    • There may be requirement to work at other ASM Global venues.
