    The Intake Planning Assistant will support the Global Commerce team in managing intake forecasts versus target and capacity globally.  In this role, you will work closely with Assistant Intake Planner to ensure that intake targets are met and help to resolve any problems that come up.

    Job Description

    Your daily activities will include:

    • Receiving, prioritising and investigating queries from the Commercial teams using Merch Management, Retail Dashboards, Microstrategy (reporting tool), Range Plans and Planning tools
    • Supporting the Commercial Transformation Partners with data analysis, providing rollups and summaries using Excel, Microstrategy and Powerpoint
    • Completing the first user testing of new templates and tech development
    • Ad-hoc administrative activities which will support projects, programmes and innovations
    • Co-ordinating requests and proposals for changes to hierarchies and liaising with the Commercial Systems Admin team to implement the changes
    • Liaising with the Buying & Merchandising teams
    • Liaising with the Tech teams within the Commercial, Digital and Supply Chain areas

    Qualifications

    We’d love to meet someone with:

    • Strong analytical and numerical skills
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
    • The ability to prioritise based on a good understanding of Commercial activities
    • Excellent time management, with the ability to effectively manage their own workload and communicate confidently and openly with others
    • An approachable and flexible working style
    • The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of different teams; including Buying and Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital and Technology
