    Ready to kickstart your career and drive real change in sustainability at Aston Martin?

    As a Sustainability Industrial Placement student at Aston Martin, you’ll be key in driving our sustainability initiatives, shaping our strategy, and working on projects that matter. In this 12-month placement, you’ll be more than just a team member. You’ll be a core part of a small, friendly team where your contributions are highly valued, and your work truly makes a difference.

    What you'll do 

    • Support the implementation and embedding of our corporate sustainability strategy.
    • Lead projects across various aspects of our sustainability strategy, including community engagement, human rights, STEM and the environment.
    • Contribute to delivering our net-zero plan and play a crucial role in supporting the production of our annual sustainability report.
    • Work closely with stakeholders and collaborate with different teams across the business.
    • Get hands-on experience in projects that align with your values, where your efforts drive tangible results.
    • Develop skills in strategy development, ESG analysis, and sustainability reporting.

    What we're looking for

    • Students pursuing degrees in environmental science, sustainability, or related fields who are strongly interested in corporate sustainability.
    • Adaptable, confident, and proactive individuals who can engage with stakeholders at various levels.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute innovative ideas.
    • Courage to take on challenging projects and make a positive impact.
    • Comfortable working independently while being a valuable team player.
    • Eager to dive into sustainability efforts, embrace flexibility, and work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Salary: £24,400 per annum.
    • Start Date: 1st September 2025, for a full 12-month placement.
