Starting in September 2021, the programme lasts three years. It begins with three individual eight month placements, one of which could be in an international location. Each placement will provide you with great insights into our business, and the chance to influence our future direction. You’ll then consolidate your learning and experience in your third year in the programme.

The programme’s variety and flexibility provides you with unique exposure and development opportunities. In our global and regional functions you could develop your knowledge of supply chain, logistics, external sourcing & global quality. Our corporate functions offer the opportunity to develop your skills and experience across Procurement, Information Technology, and Engineering.

You will gain an invaluable blend of on-the-job experience and coaching. You will have the guidance and advice of a huge support network, including a mentor and programme manager. We’ll also encourage you to identify and build relationships with experts and leaders across our organisation who can help accelerate your development.

We’ll set you up for success, and we are proud that 90% of our Global Graduate Associates are offered a permanent, post-programme role.
