    We are offering two Global Quality Assurance roles in the following:

    • Global QC and Stability – the apprentice will learn project management skills, continuous improvement, lean ways of working and the fundamentals of working in a Quality Management System and oversight of a stability management programme.
    • External Quality – the apprentice will learn Lean ways of working and the fundamentals of Quality Supplier oversight and working in all elements of the Quality Management System.

    Training and Development

    AstraZeneca will sponsor you through your foundation degree, combining working, earning a full-time salary, with fully funded part-time university learning (on average 1 day/week). This will give you the opportunity to gain a level 5 qualification (typically, this will be a foundation degree in Applied Bioscience), just as you would if you went to university full-time, with the advantage of gaining relevant work-life skills and the excitement of helping to develop new medicines whilst taking your first steps towards a rewarding career.

    Entry Requirements

    • Five GCSEs (or equivalent) grades 9-4 including Maths, English and Science; plus
    • To have achieved or predicted to achieve 2 A Levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above (64 UCAS points) including Chemistry and/or Biology and/or Applied Science depending on which apprenticeship you to hope to study
