As the spark behind our Paid Media efforts, you'll help bring our brand to life, through overseeing the day-to-day management of the Paid Media agency, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly, performs brilliantly, and speaks our language. From strategy to reporting, you'll play a key role in growing our presence, reaching new audiences, and driving meaningful results across the globe for maximum impact.
How you'll drive success
- Supporting the Paid Media Manager on agency management, strategy and high-quality analysis and reporting across our key Paid Social channels globally: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & Reddit
- Support the Paid Media Manager on Performance campaign ideation and set up in line with the Go To Market calendar, and key business commercial moments (collection launches, promotional periods, and specific product pushes)
- Developing a solid relationship with the Creative Content and Design teams, to ensure all Paid Social assets are cohesive with all other Marketing touchpoints and reflect our Brand personality
- Research new opportunities in each of our key markets (UK, US & EU) and identify trends within the Paid Social channel to grow our accounts whilst maintaining efficiency
- Build close relationships with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & Reddit to ensure our campaigns are aligned with best practices and latest technologies
- Collaborate within the Ecom & PM team as well as outside of the team with Brand Marketing, Product and Finance teams so that our PM & Brand spend is aligned with overall business goals - Brand campaign awareness, revenue targets, product pushes etc
- Supporting the Paid Media Manager to ensure our Paid and Organic Social offering is aligned globally by collaborating closely with our Organic Social team
- Supporting the Paid Media Manager to manage all ATL media campaigns (OOH, TV, Podcast etc) from start to finish; booking through to execution, working cross functionally with several teams in the business to ensure cohesion and optimal output
- Own the weekly and monthly in-depth reporting and data analysis for Paid Social - presenting key learnings across Paid Social activity to the Paid Media Manager and implementing actions off the back of these
- Work with retail teams to come up with new ways of driving footfall in-stores with the Paid Media Manager through the Paid Social and ATL media channels
What you'll need to thrive
- Passionate and enthusiastic to learn and drive the Paid Social channel forward alongside the Paid Media Manager
- Interested in keeping up to date with Performance Marketing trends and innovation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - success in this role hinges on strong cross functional relationships both internally and externally
- Strong planning and organisational skills essential

The interview process and candidate experience
- Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
- Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
- Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
