The Academy Programme - 20th to 21st May 2021

The premier recruiting event for Kearney’s London office, we are looking for applications from both undergraduate and graduate students in their penultimate year of study.

The Kearney Academy will be held on 20th - 21st of May. It is our flagship insight programme into life in strategy consulting and the diverse array of work we do across all industries. We are interested in applications from all subject backgrounds who have showcased leadership, innovation, social impact and willingness to learn.

The Kearney Academy will be a one and a half day virtual event. During the programme, you will receive problem solving training with the opportunity to work in a small group with the support of a consultant to solve a case study, before presenting to partners on the final day. At the end of the event you will receive accreditation for attending the Academy. Kearney consultants will support you throughout, allowing you to get to know our people and the atmosphere we cultivate in our London office whilst asking any questions relating to consulting or Kearney.

We will also be hosting a virtual social event on the Thursday evening to give you a better chance to get to know Kearney and our consultants, as well as a possible (entirely optional) in person London meeting at the end of the event, dependent on COVID restrictions.

At Kearney, we believe our client facing culture and apprenticeship training model are our unique selling points, both in terms of our value-adding capabilities for clients, and for developing the full potential of the individuals who work with us. The Academy is our way of showcasing these values.

Applications should be submitted by 10am on 30 April.

Applications require you to fill in the online form and upload your CV and no other documents
