    Join us as a Nuclear Safety / System Engineer in our Nuclear & Power Division and you'll deliver innovative consultancy advice to support our clients through the completion of safety assessments, engineering / design substantiation and operational support.

    In the Nuclear Safety and System Engineering teams, you will join an expanding group supporting nuclear generation, new build and decommissioning markets. You’ll help solve a wide variety of interesting problems for our clients during a significant period of growth in the nuclear industry. As you progress you will develop and mentor teams of engineers to further support our growth.

    Your purpose

    To provide engineering and safety advice during the design, operation and decommissioning of nuclear facilities and for the production of nuclear safety documentation as part of the Site Licence Conditions.

    You’ll enjoy addressing interesting problems in safety critical systems through production of nuclear safety cases, engineering substantiation, system design and operational support to nuclear facilities.

    In doing so you’ll take pride in your attention to detail and delivering quality services to our clients.

    You will also enjoy providing technical input to bids and help define the approach to unique single and multi-disciplinary projects.

    • Dependent on your experience you will help develop and grow teams of engineers to support delivery to our clients.

    As a minimum we need you to be

    • Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in engineering or technical field.
    • Proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing roles and priorities within a fast paced consultancy environment.
    • Able to produce and review high-quality technical reports.
