About the Role
Reporting to a Portfolio Manager or Senior Portfolio Manager you will provide administrative support to the Portfolio Management team in our Harrogate office.
You will assist in the management of our high net worth clients, and help with building better referrer/adviser relationships, along with their investment portfolios.
Accountabilities
- Manage any payment admin, set up new accounts, prepare any client documentation, produce and dispatch valuations and client packs
- Prepare investment review letters, arrange bulk trades, and ensure all portfolios are updated and set up correctly
- Adhere to all compliance procedures
- Act as a liaison point with other internal departments, ensuring that any problems experienced by clients or the PMs are reported, challenged, or worked together to make improvements.
Skills and Experience
- Educated to degree level
- Diligent and able to follow policy and process effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Discreet and confidential approach
- Able to use processes in making plans and carrying out tasks
