    This role can be based out of either our Witney office in Oxfordshire or the Shepherd's Bush office in London and typically a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is required.

    The role

    As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insight across Audley’s marketing channels, content and platforms.

    You will be part of Audley’s Marketing Intelligence team where you’ll work collaboratively across the department, ensuring alignment on strategy and maximising efficiency of processes and performance.

    Key responsibilities

    Market Trading & Performance Analysis

    • Work with channel owners, marketing managers and department heads to delivery actionable insight and performance analysis of all marketing activities.
    • Drive measurement and analysis to maximise marketeers understanding of their activities and deliver optimisations that improve marketing efficiency.
    • Support the delivery of agreed performance initiatives that focus on driving growth and improving marketing efficiency.

    Audience Analysis

    • Work with the CRM team to define and discover audiences as and when needed, using analytical practices to select the best possible audience for each communication

    Market Reporting

    • Deliver regular reporting on the market in agreed & consistent formats to give channel owners, marketing managers and the department Heads regular visibility of performance.

    Self-service analysis delivery

    • Enable self-service strategy, delivering data visualisation and dashboarding to maximise self-service across our department.
    • Actively champion self-service through data interpretation best practice and training of the wider team on tools such as Google Analytics.

    About you

    You will be a highly driven, results focused analyst with a strong attention to detail and understanding of marketing practices.

    Additional experience required

    • A marketing or digital background
    • Excellent mathematical & numerical skills
    • Demonstrable skills working with large data sets & databases
    • Strong understanding of Google Analytics
    • Data Visualisation e.g. Tableau, Power BI
    • Exceptional problem solving skills
    • Strong communication
    • A keen eye for detail
    • A desire to learn, develop skills and challenge themselves & others
    • Highly organised & logical approach to managing workloads and deadlines
    • Excellent collaboration and team skills

    Additional desired experience

    • Demonstrable experience (execution or analysis) of GA 360, AdWords, Email/CRM (Salesforce) and SEO
    • Cloud platforms e.g. GCP, AWS Azure
