    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in sales while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

    As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with prospects, conduct preliminary research, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.

    Responsibilities

    • Call and educate prospects about ACS (Autodesk Construction Solutions). Your goal is to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
    • Work several type of inbound leads (demo request, contact me, trial, ebook, webinar)
    • Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
    • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, their industry, and specific needs to tailor your approach effectively
    • Engage with potential customers to understand their pain points, challenges, and business objectives. Articulate our product/service offerings, features, and benefits to prospects, focusing on value proposition and differentiation
    • Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team to further engage with qualified leads
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, strategies, and messaging
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities using our CRM system
    • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams regarding prospect insights, trends, and market intelligence
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively communicate our value proposition
    • Continuously develop your sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and self-learning

    Minimum qualifications

    • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport and engage prospects
    • Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor your approach accordingly
    • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for sales and achieving targets
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being independent and proactive
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools
    • Must be fluent in English
    • French and/or Italian language skills are a plus

    Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
