You’ll have the opportunity to be rotated within our Finance & Leasing team, Manufacturer Partnerships team, Data and Insight team, and Agency Sales team.
You'll receive fantastic exposure to a large cross-section of the business, getting the chance to learn and contribute to each role and business area with varied responsibilities and opportunities to make an impact.
You’ll develop and demonstrate your communication skills by forging strong relationships, both internally and externally, gaining unparalleled access to senior people within the Manufacturer industry. You’ll learn about the finance world, the way we partner with agencies to create advertising campaigns and learn to understand the importance and ways of pulling data and insights to identify trends, sharing that knowledge with our varied audiences to spot commercial opportunities.
All our graduates start their journey at our in-house academy. You don't have to be a car enthusiast to work here, so upon joining; we'll grow your knowledge of the automotive industry to truly understand our customers and what we do as a business. You will develop commercial skills, account management skills, and data techniques to give your career a great foundation.
Although this is an office-based role, the role may have a field-based element, so a UK Driving License, or motivation to obtain one is encouraged.
Please note that although this role is based mainly in London, you will be required to attend our Graduate Academy at our Manchester office for your first 6 weeks.
What we're looking for
- You'll be a recent graduate (or be expecting a degree in 2023) in any degree discipline, this could be either (BA) Hons, (BSc) Hons, or MSc/MA (Minimum Level 6)
- Passionate about collaborating and building long-lasting relationships, demonstrating your communication skills both written and verbal.
- Numerate and analytical with some experience in collecting, analysing, and presenting data in a meaningful and engaging way to individuals and groups.
- You'll bring fresh ideas to problem solve, provide solutions to customers, and demonstrate your influencing skills.
- You’ll be adaptable, and ready to embrace the experience of a variety of placements within our commercial teams.
- Demonstrate a passion to understand the needs of our customer’s businesses and how we can make a real difference in their results and performance.

Our graduate salaries start between £27,000 - £29,000, and we offer a flexible benefits package to support your health and well-being. You'll have 28 days of holiday per year, and that's in addition to bank holidays and half-day closures on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
