As a business, we aim to improve the process of buying and selling vehicles in the UK. We drive efficiencies in our customers' business by offering the right digital products at the right time.
All our graduates start their careers in our in-house academy. We'll help build your knowledge of the automotive industry, so you don't need to love cars to work here. Working with our talented Account Managers and Account Directors you will develop commercial insight and sales techniques that are vital to success in the role.
You'll undertake five rotations. These include working with our small to medium-sized independent customers, franchise customers, data and insight, digital retailing, and understanding how our most complex customers operate. Each rotation will help build your knowledge and experience to lay the foundations for your future career at Autotrader.
You'll be working with customers over the phone and face to face. Like any customer focussed, sales environment, there are targets and KPI's. At times, you'll have challenging conversations. For these conversations your resilience, tenacity and excellent communication skills including listening and questioning will be crucial.
Our graduate programme starts on the 9th October 2023.
What We're Looking For
- You'll be a recent graduate in any degree discipline, have a passion for customer service and be excited by our values-driven culture
- You'll enjoy building relationships and shaping digital change both over the phone and face to face
- You’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to listen, question and influence based on data and insight
- You’ll have the ability to adapt and learn within an ever-changing landscape
- You'll be numerate and analytical. We would like to see your experience in collecting, analysing, and presenting data in a meaningful and engaging way

Our graduate salaries start between £26,000 - £28,000 and we offer a flexible benefits package to support your health and well-being. You'll have 28 days holiday per year, and that's in addition to bank holidays and half day closures on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
