    We work in a fast-paced, agile environment, which means collaboration is vital. Our community of Project Managers are involved in every aspect of our product launches and improvements, from discovery to delivery right across the business. They provide project management and technical delivery support, analysis and process improvement with the overall goal of improving our customers' experience.

    You’ll collaborate with numerous internal teams, acting as the link to the different people involved in a project ensuring everyone has an awareness and an understanding of the project currently in play.

    These projects vary from operational and technical projects to marketing and design – of all new customer solutions, as well as the ongoing development of our existing products. You’ll be working on several concurrent projects at any one time, so organisation skills are vital.

    You’ll work with many of our different teams and business areas, getting involved in all things Project Management from facilitating meetings through to upskilling and delivering sessions to educate our internal teams on product releases and updates.

    All of our graduates start their journey at our in-house academy. You don't have to be a car enthusiast to work here so upon joining; we'll grow your knowledge of the automotive industry so you can truly understand our customers and what we do as a business. You'll build your experience further by working alongside our talented community of Project Managers.

    Our graduate programme starts on the 9th October 2023.

    What We're Looking For

    • You'll be a recent graduate (or be expecting a degree in 2023) in any degree discipline, this could be either (BA) Hons, (BSc) Hons, or MSc/MA (Minimum Level 6)
    • Passionate about collaborating and building long-lasting relationships, demonstrating your communication skills both written and verbal.
    • You’ll have a passion for customer experience and be excited by our agile, collaborative, and customer-first culture.
    • You'll demonstrate an analytical approach as we make decisions based on data, not opinion.
    • Our Project Managers will grow to manage several concurrent projects at any one time, so organisation skills are vital.
    • We'll be keen to understand how you've managed projects in university, work experience and/or personal experiences

    Benefits and more

    Our graduate salaries start between £26,000 - £28,000 and we offer a flexible benefits package to support your health and well-being. You'll have 28 days of holiday per year, and that's in addition to bank holidays and half-day closures on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
