    Our HR/People Change and Communications team manages all Chief People Officer communications and provides strategic change & comms advice and practical support for all people-related initiatives and programs.

    We are looking for a creative, flexible, dynamic, and eager intern to play a key supporting role. This could be your chance to make a valuable contribution to Avanade’s next chapter and an opportunity to grow your skills and experience.

    Intern Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Global People Change & Comms Director and Managers to develop and execute change & communication plans to engage leaders/ employees around people initiatives
    • Assisting with communication planning and events for the People function
    • Coordinate and provide support for People tools and channels
    • Scheduling key meetings and capturing notes/actions
    • Creating PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials
    • Drafting initial communication messages
    • Sharp eye for proofreading and quality control
