    We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and ambitious Financial Analyst to join our office in Southampton. This role supports all business units.

    As the Financial Analyst, you will be expected to consolidate and analyse financial data and present this to the organisation.

    The ideal candidate will be a confident, analytical and hardworking individual with experience working in a fast-paced organisation. Attention to detail is essential in this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Financial analysis and modelling of data.
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures and processes.
    • Reconciliation of partner fee statements to company records.
    • Checking partner fees raised comply with partnership agreements.
    • Preparation of payment requests in relation to partners.
    • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve fee/invoicing queries.
    • Use and development of Power BI for analysis of cash collection data.
    • Production of daily and weekly cash collection reports.
    • Development of reporting in line with evolving business needs.
    • Assist with representing AVASK externally.
    • Other Ad-hoc duties.

    Key skills, knowledge and experience

    • Experience in working in a high-volume admin environment essential.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Experience of producing financial models in Excel.
    • Experience of interpreting financial data.
    • Solid understanding of the relationship of business processes with financial statements and financial statement assertions.
    • CFA studier/part qualified/qualified.
    • Keen to learn new things (Power BI).
    • Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word essential.
    • Experience with Sage 200 an advantage but not essential.
