It's an exciting time to join AXA Commercial's Direct Marketing team, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. To help us drive strong brand awareness we're looking for a talented individual to join the team.

As Digital Marketing Executive, you'll support the management of core digital channels and multi-channel campaigns, working hands on to deliver new business results in line with annual revenue targets and brand awareness goals.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at our Glasgow office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

    What you'll be doing

    • Deliver effective digital marketing activity across a variety of mediums including Display, Video and Social.
    • Drive quality traffic to the website whilst maintaining cost of sale targets.
    • Support in planning and delivery of integrated digital campaigns, understanding all channel requirements and on time activation.
    • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to share leads between the acquisition and engagement channels.
    • Evaluate key learnings and performance reporting with recommendations for future campaigns, ensuring informed decision making is evidenced.
    • Support our affiliate marketing programme, eventually becoming a lead owner on this channel.
    • Provide hands-on cover of PPC and performance, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Marketing activity accurately positions our product and challenge them to deliver strong profitable results.

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience managing digital campaigns including paid social, display, affiliates and paid search.
    • Proven results using A/B testing to trial new ads and landing pages, to deliver improved performance.
    • Operational knowledge of GoogleAds, Microsoft Ads and Google Analytics.
    • Ability to pull Google Analytics reports autonomously, to fulfil ad-hoc stakeholder requests.
    • Confident using Google Analytics to report on channel performance.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
    • Experience in using Microsoft Excel to report on performance and trends.
    • High level of customer focus and understanding of customer needs.
    • Google Ads Certification or similar is advantageous.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we're able to effectively manage interest. Therefore, if you're interested in joining us at AXA, please don't hesitate to apply.
