It’s an exciting time to join the Planning Budgeting and Reporting team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. This role would suit someone with a desire to gain experience in a large finance function. It gives exposure to multiple stakeholders and businesses by supporting the AXA UK&I central financial planning function delivery of high quality financial projections and analysis.

What you’ll be doing
- As a key member of the central finance team, support delivery of financial planning activity through development of strong relationships across the wider AXA UK Finance function, maintaining planning models and effectively communicating trends and challenges.
- Develop key understanding of UK and Irish General Insurance (Personal and Commercial Lines) and Health markets to enable effective analysis of current and future financial performance.
- Prepare management presentations for internal stakeholders and AXA Group to explain changes in expected financial performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and enhance financial reporting and planning processes.
- Support the central finance team in partnering on a range of business projects e.g. appraisals, requiring financial expertise and input.
- Support central finance team in engaging with and supplying MI to key business stakeholders to enable fulfilment of business objectives, e.g. regulatory reporting, audit requirements.

- Part qualified accountant desirable.
