Working within our Global Shared Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring incoming documents are scanned and distributed efficiently. New claims are set up in accordance with instructions. Providing support with Dormant Claims closure and Post Commutation bookings, New Claim set up and Archiving.

    The role

    • Manage the process of scanning into Image Right all incoming hard copy correspondence (including faxes) relative to AXA LM Global business.
    • Using the various AXA LM systems, accurately identify, index and distribute all documents from the Operational Support inbox to the relevant team through Image Right.
    • Accurately set up new claims as per instructions and within time scales set, prioritizing those which are deemed urgent.
    • Communicate with external organizations where necessary to ascertain relevant further information.

    • Manage the filing and storage of paper documents received in an effective manner.
    • Provide support and assistance for ad hoc administrative tasks for any team within AXA LM.
    • Manage the archives in the UK. Recall boxes from both the UK archives and from the French archives. Return recalled boxes to the UK archives when instructed to do so.
    • Post Commutation and Dormant Claims processing.
