If you’re analytical and great at problem solving, joining AXA Health’s Pricing Team could be an excellent opportunity for you. We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst. This is a 12-month fixed term contract and a great chance to kick start your career in pricing.
You’ll provide timely and accurate analytics and management information (MI) to support operational and strategic decision making. You’ll gain significant commercial experience and develop your skills through personalised induction training. Every day will be different.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing
- Gather and analyse data, management information (MI) to evaluate business profitability.
- Work with a variety of data sources to investigate emerging trends, risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate impact of strategic and tactical initiatives on business performance.
- Deliver high quality reports with recommendations for a non-technical audience, to drive business strategy.
- Proactively own your workload, as well as managing ad-hoc requests from senior managers and colleagues across AXA Health.
- Complete induction training to support your new role.

What you’ll bring

- You might be a recent graduate in business, engineering, mathematics or science. You could have studied maths or science at A-Level.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
