The role

We currently have the exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator (Go to Market) to join our team based in Redhill, Surrey on a hybrid contract. This role attracts a base salary of up to 35k depending on experience.

You will play a pivotal support role across the 3-core pillars of Go to Market (GTM), whilst gaining global exposure to local teams and our international products and services.

Using your, analytical, creative and coordination skills, you will provide transversal coordination including: producing reports, summarising analytics, coordinating team projects/activities, updating and creating pitch collateral, providing assistance for deal implementation projects and supporting our digital assets (Content Factory – content library and E-Wallet – digital card).

Key responsibilities

  • Providing coordination including sourcing content, project coordination, capturing risks & actions, documenting reports and organising stakeholder meetings
  • Creating PowerPoint decks to support GTM with presentations/meetings.
  • Encourage GTM awareness and traffic to the Content Factory platform; contribute to the various communities including but not limited to newsletters, webinars, uploading content and training materials.
  • Preparing, summarising and circulating pipeline and opportunity reports to the wider C&S and local teams
  • Support with data analysis and reporting of usage of Content Factory analytics.
  • Contributing and assisting the Project Manager in developing and maintaining the project processes and governance.
  • Leading work streams or projects on behalf of the team.
  • Supporting relationships with the local and central teams.
  • Establishing and maintaining processes, with interaction across the GTM team and stakeholder departments.
  • Supporting in the analysis of data and highlighting improvements.
  • Establish document control, maintain project files and update plans / actions logs as required
  • Administer and / or assist – project meetings, committees, team meetings and governance.
  • Work with all stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure expert project delivery.
  • Support projects through their total lifecycle, from initiation to successful completion, including assisting with budgets, resources, task allocation, compliance-checking, buy-in, communication, revisions, presentation, launch, reviews, etc
  • Managing the GTM SharePoint site and supporting the team with locating/updating key files
  • Monitoring GTM Capacity Planner and alerting when team is over capacity.
  • Supporting with the maintenance & management of the Content Factory platform.
  • Identifying GTM process efficiencies and suggesting innovative ideas for improvement.
  • Ad hoc support with other projects within GTM during peak activity.

Your profile

  • This role allows for lots of variation and will suit a highly organised individual with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Individual has demonstrative experience in adhering to frameworks, guidelines and processes.
  • Previous experience of content creation and/or communications and/or marketing experience a distinct advantage.
  • PowerPoint skills - champions new creative ideas to engage with audiences via compelling design & copy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead & support projects, including facilitating workshops, briefing teams effectively & leading meetings with varying stakeholders.
  • Strong project coordination with the ability to track and analyse results.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, comfortable to work on projects individually and as part of a team.
  • Role would suit a team-player with an agile, flexible, can-do mind-set.
  • Fluent English essential, other languages beneficial.
  • Comfortable in MS 365 Office, in particular PowerPoint, Excel & Word. MS Teams and SharePoint knowledge a bonus.
  • Knowledge of insurance & assistance products an advantage, but not essential.
