Are you a passionate and creative designer looking to kick-start your career in a fast-paced digital agency? We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our team and gain hands-on experience across a variety of design projects. This is an exciting opportunity to develop both your UX and design skills while working alongside industry experts.
What you’ll be doing
- Support and assist the Group Experience Design Director with design projects
- Work across a variety of design tasks, from audit reports to creative execution
- Stay up to date with design trends, particularly in eCommerce and digital experience
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and user-friendly designs for a range of clients
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure design consistency and innovation
What we’re looking for
- A keen interest in digital design, UX/UI, and emerging design trends
- Experience designing with Figma
- Keen interest in digital performance and design systems
- A strong eye for detail and a problem solving mindset
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a design-related role or internship is a plus but not essential
Here’s what you’ll get in return
- Salary of £24,000 - £27,000 DOE
